FAQ

1. How do I order?
The easiest way to order is online at www.carebox.com. We’ll send an email to the email address you provide, confirming the details of your order. You can also call us at 415-777-0852, from 9am to 5pm (PST) Monday through Friday. 



2. How do I order multiple Careboxes?
Because each box has a separate personal message and may go to separate addresses, you should purchase each box individually. A separate delivery charge will apply to each CAREBOX™; we cannot combine multiple boxes into one delivery.



3. Can I enclose a message in my CAREBOX™?
Of course! We’ll include an elegant card with a personalized message in each box.



4. Will the recipient know how much the CAREBOX™ cost?
That's our little secret. The recipient only receives the box with your personal message.



5. What if a gift is out of stock?
If a CAREBOX™ is shown on the website, it’s in stock. If, for some reason, we are unable to supply a particular gift in one of the boxes, we will replace the item(s) with a gift of equal or greater value -- always checking with you first to make sure that’s acceptable.



6. Can I change the items in a CAREBOX™?
Because each CAREBOX™ is so carefully designed, we prefer not to change what's in the box. However, depending on what you have in mind, we might be able to customize a box for an extra charge.



7. How much is delivery?
You have the choice of three UPS delivery options when you check out. Whatever you choose is added in to your final checkout price. 



8. What are my delivery options?
All orders are delivered via UPS. You can deliver to both business and residential addresses; however, make sure someone will be available to sign for it. 



9. What if no one is available to sign for the package?
UPS requires a signature upon delivery. If the CAREBOX™ cannot be delivered, a card will be left showing the number to call to arrange for a more convenient date. UPS may attempt one further free re-delivery; thereafter, the recipients will be required to collect the delivery themselves. If they do not pick up the delivery, it will be returned to us and we will contact you. For this reason, it’s important to consider where you send the delivery: if a recipient is in the hospital, no one may be available at the recipient’s home, so you should check with the hospital to see if someone can sign for the package there.



10. What if there’s a problem with the delivery?
If your CAREBOX™ doesn’t arrive when expected, don’t hesitate to contact us. See our Customer Service page for contact information.



11. Warm Weather Delivery

At CAREBOX.com, we want to make sure your gifts arrive in premium condition. That means that during April through September, we require UPS Next Day Shipping or UPS 2nd Day shipping. We also wrap our Hugs and Kisses CAREBOX™ in reusable Metallic CooLiner in all warm weather shipments. This way, we guarantee your gift will arrive delicious and beautiful — just as you see on-line!



12. Warm Weather Delivery & Weekends
Because temperatures vary across the country throughout the year, CAREBOX.com does not ship Hugs and Kisses over the weekend. All orders submitted after 10:30 PM PST on Wednesday through 10:30 PM PST Sunday will ship the following Monday. For weekends with Monday holidays, the orders will ship on Tuesday.



13. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.



14. If I place an order today, when should I expect it to arrive?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from when they are placed and delivered within 1 to 5 business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination.



15. How do I check the status of my order?
To check status or track your order, simply use the UPS tracking number to find out the status of your gift.

16. Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, during checkout, you will have the option to enter a "shipping address." However, please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, APO addresses, and addresses outside the USA.
