Lemons to Lemonade Gift

I was sending a care box to my daughter who was going through a rough patch. She was so touched to get the wonderful care box. Made her day and everything inside was a great treat! Thank you Carebox

I don't usually write reviews; I just have to tell this to show how a stranger I had never met gave me some kindness that made me feel so better; it doesn't matter who you are, being kind is free and can make or break a person's day :) I spoke with Shauna at Charles Swab; long story short, I needed help, she helped as much as she could and I was having a very down day and told her everything I had been through and just didn't know where to go from here. Shauna was very kind, empathetic, listened to everything (taking her time away from probably more productive clients), and was genuinely sincere. I told her how I have been having such a difficult time and having back surgery coming up; being extremely nervous about this. Imagine my surprise when couple of days before Christmas my husband hands this beautifully wrapped box addressed to me, I didn't open it that day, the package was so beautiful I wanted to look at it under my tree. Christmas morning I opened the box, it was from Shauna with more kind words, who sent me the of "When Life Hands You Lemons" what beautiful thing to do, and LEMON is MY FAVORITE!!! It made my day, put a big smile on my face and enjoyed that nice treat Shauna sent me. Her kindness and caring went a long way....that I truly appreciated. Thank you so much Shauna from Charles Schwab we need more people in the world like you :)

I bought Lemons to Lemonade before from Carebox, when it came with Bronnley lemon soaps. I really liked the soaps, they gave my skin the light smell of fresh lemons. I am even happier this time around now that the soaps have been replaced with the Meyer lemon tea. I love the strong citrus flavor and drink it almost every morning. The lemon cookies and lemonade haven’t changed from before, they are still very nice, but the tea is enough to keep me coming back.

A friend of mine was just having an awful time with many things. Nothing seemed to be going right and I was at a total loss on what to say or do. I came across Carebox when browsing the web looking for that "perfect gift" and I must say I was so impressed with everything.

This particular gift aligned with what I just wanted to express...take something sour and turn it into something sweet. I visited my friend recently and she showed me the gift sent (which got there quickly). The packing...the attention to detail....it was special and it really made my friend feel great. I long have admired companies that pay close attention to the customer experience from ordering, to delivery to presentation. This place got it right.
